That One Bite!

“Come with me.” He spoke to my ear with his soft tone of voice while my hands held tight onto his. My heart kept on beating like there was no end to be back into its typical beating state and he was the cause of it.

“Crystal, please..” He begged with his puppy eyes and I could feel a sense of disappointment would fill him up if my answer is ‘no’.

I told myself that I wasn’t ready for this but my heart felt like I owe it to him, to his love, to our love, to us! I’ve promised to live my life to the eternity with only him by my side. But it takes a lot of courage with what he was about to pull me in with.

“Crystal, say something would you?” That tall and dashing gentleman of mine lifted my chin up to let his eyes have a direct contact with my dark emerald eyes. He left me frozen on my spot with a muting mouth as if it was being sealed and hard to be broken. Even though his piercing daze seems to be a killer weapon to charm every girl in town, it was pretty complicated for him to charm me in this matter. Well, for one thing, it wasn’t his daze that I had a cold feeling about, it was his last desirable request got me thinking hard about everything, my family, my pride and most importantly, my life.

“Are you with me, my love?” Seeing that confused numb look shown on my face, he asked again to reassure. “You’ve already promised me.”

I still left him hanging without any response to whatever he said as my mind is still in the thinking state, “Should I or Should I not?”

“Crystal.” He sighed. “It’s alright if you refuse to, I just need you to tell me your answer so that I would know.” I guess, with his ability to read minds, he was aware that I was 50/50 unsure whether to follow his wish or to blow it away.

“I shall ask you one more time. Do you want to live to the eternity with me, Crystal?” I remained silent and just stared deep into his dazzling brown eyes that matched well with his dark brown hair and yet I couldn’t really arrange my words which in the end, one unspoken answer was given to him, once again.

“I guess, it’s a ‘no’ then?" He unwillingly carved a sincere smile. "But hey, I want you to know, no matter what happens, nothing would stop me from loving you and you will always stay in my heart forever!” He then, stroked my heart-shaped structured face and my fringe away with his fingers just to give one perfect kiss on my forehead with full respect.

“Isaac, can you take me with you, please?” I finally cracked the answer with a question, feeling that he deserve to unlock my heart and who am I kidding? I’d love him for owning the only key to my heart. Isaac is my everything that I could never wish for to leave!

“Is that a ‘yes’? You said, ‘yes’ my love?” I just nodded in agreement and on his face,I could see Isaac stretched a charming smile to show how joyful of him towards the final decision made by me. “I love you, Crystal.” I let him kiss my tender lips and once he stopped tasting the cotton candy-like lips of mine, I would pull his head right under my neck, ready to give him the pleasure of having his fangs poked on my skin to suck my blood out, fill me in with the vampire venom so that I would be one of his kind.

“I will surrender myself, tonight. Only to you, Isaac, my immortal love.” I dimmed my world in crimson, shutting my eyes tight while Isaac serve me one unforgettable crucial torture, a serious case of a bloodsucking pain of love!
